- 4 pounds whole chicken wings (not separated)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus extra for grilling
- 3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
