  • 4 pounds whole chicken wings (not separated)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus extra for grilling
  • 3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning, 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and a few turns of black pepper until well coated.
