Ingredients
- 5 ripe Bartlett pears
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Mexican vanilla extract
- 1 quart premium vanilla ice cream, for serving
