Indulge in these irresistible sweet quesadillasgolden, crispy, and bursting with creamy chocolate hazelnut paired with juicy fresh fruit. Skip the cheese and treat yourself to dessert heaven!
Ingredients
- Four 8-inch flour tortillas, halved
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- Eight 1/4-inch slices of fresh fruit such as banana, strawberry, or plum, or 8 marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting

Instructions
- Place one tortilla half on a clean workspace with the rounded edge facing you. Brush the edges with beaten egg. Spoon 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread into the center, top with fruit or marshmallow. Fold one side halfway over filling so the corner points down at 6 o'clock, pressing to seal. Fold the other side over so edges overlap slightly, corner at 6 o'clock. Form a perfect triangle hand pie. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
- In a large nonstick skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Cook half the quesadillas until deep golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate. Wipe skillet clean and repeat with remaining butter and quesadillas. Dust with confectioners' sugar before servingthese will vanish fast!
