Whip up this irresistible creamy rosemary potato bake that'll steal the show at your next gathering! With tender potato slices smothered in a rich, garlicky cream sauce and topped with golden Parmesan, it's comfort food at its finesteasy to make and impossible to resist.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly coat the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with softened butter.
- Using a mandoline or a very sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes to ensure they cook evenly. Arrange the slices in the baking dish, then sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and some freshly ground black pepper.
- In a large skillet set to medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and onions, cooking until they become translucent, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
