Directions

  1. Combine 1 egg white, 2 ounces strong brewed coffee, 1 1/2 ounces brandy, 1/2 ounce creme de cacao, and a pinch of cinnamon in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then add ice and shake another 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass and dust with extra cinnamon for a warm, aromatic finish.
