Choco-Berry Waffle Sundae Surprise

- 3 frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 2 tablespoons light chocolate syrup, divided
- 1 regular-sized waffle cone bowl (~50 calories)
- 1/2 tablespoon low-sugar strawberry preserves
- 1/2 cup fat-free chocolate ice cream
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping (from an aerosol can)

- Place the frozen strawberries in a microwave-safe container and heat until thawed, about 25 seconds. Retain the juices and set aside.
- Drizzle 1 1/2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup into the waffle bowl, tilting it so the syrup coats the entire inside including the sides. Freeze for 30 minutes until the syrup firms up.
- Add the low-sugar strawberry preserves to the thawed strawberries and mash with a fork until you create a chunky strawberry sauce.
- Take the waffle bowl from the freezer and put it on a plate. Scoop the chocolate ice cream into the bowl, then spoon over the strawberry sauce and the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate syrup. Finally, garnish with raspberries and the whipped topping. Serve immediately and enjoy!
