  • 2 tablespoons light chocolate syrup, divided
  • 1 regular-sized waffle cone bowl (~50 calories)
  • 1/2 tablespoon low-sugar strawberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup fat-free chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping (from an aerosol can)

  1. Place the frozen strawberries in a microwave-safe container and heat until thawed, about 25 seconds. Retain the juices and set aside.
  2. Drizzle 1 1/2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup into the waffle bowl, tilting it so the syrup coats the entire inside including the sides. Freeze for 30 minutes until the syrup firms up.
  3. Add the low-sugar strawberry preserves to the thawed strawberries and mash with a fork until you create a chunky strawberry sauce.
  4. Take the waffle bowl from the freezer and put it on a plate. Scoop the chocolate ice cream into the bowl, then spoon over the strawberry sauce and the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate syrup. Finally, garnish with raspberries and the whipped topping. Serve immediately and enjoy!
