IngredientsFor The Dough and Egg Wash:
  • Three cans (4.5 ounces each) refrigerated biscuits (6 in every can)
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting your surface
  • 1 large egg, beaten with 2 tablespoons milk
Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil Filling:
  • 18 fresh basil leaves
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes, finely minced
  • 18 mozzarella balls (1-inch each)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Cheddar, Bacon & Onion Filling:
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • 18 Cheddar cheese cubes (1 inch each)
Nacho Style Filling:
  • 1 cup prepared taco meat
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapenos
  • 18 cubes processed cheese (Velveeta or similar, 1-inch each)
