Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon black cardamom seeds
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of heavy cream together with the cardamom seeds to a boil. Reduce until only cup remains. Set aside to cool completely.
- Whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the cooled cardamom cream into the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Chill until ready to serve. This luxurious topping transforms any autumn soup into an elegant dish.
