Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon black cardamom seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of heavy cream together with the cardamom seeds to a boil. Reduce until only cup remains. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. Whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the cooled cardamom cream into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  4. Chill until ready to serve. This luxurious topping transforms any autumn soup into an elegant dish.
