Craving that irresistible s'mores magic without a campfire? As a die-hard fan, I've mastered toasting marshmallows right in my kitchen using an air fryer. It delivers a perfectly crispy golden exterior and a warm, gooey center that'll transport you straight to summer nightseffortlessly and in just minutes!
- 1 regular marshmallow
- 1 sheet of honey graham cracker, halved crosswise into 2 squares
- One 0.375-ounce square of milk chocolate, like Hershey's (see Cook's Note)
Special Equipment:
an air fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
- Place the marshmallow inside the fryer and set the timer for 3 minutes. While it cooks, arrange the graham cracker squares hole-side down on a plate and put the chocolate on one of the squares. After 2 minutes of cooking the marshmallow, open the air fryer and add both graham cracker squares inside. Roll the marshmallow onto the graham cracker with chocolate and cook for 1 more minute.
- Use a spatula to transfer the graham cracker s'mores to a plate, then sandwich and enjoy while warm and gooey.
Cook's Note: Use three segments of a 1.55-ounce Hershey's milk chocolate bar when applicable. If the marshmallow sticks, lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
