Pirate's Booty: BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried onion
- 1 teaspoon dried or fresh bell pepper
- Pinch of basil
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except the ribs in a bowl, then rub the mixture thoroughly over the meat; refrigerate and marinate for 2 to 24 hours.
- Grill the ribs over very high heat for about 30 minutes, turning to flip them three times on each side for even cooking.
