Whip up this refreshingly simple frozen treat that's perfect for cooling down on a hot day! With just a few fresh ingredients, you'll create a slushy delight bursting with natural sweetness.
Ingredients:- 3 cups halved strawberries or chopped pineapple
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions:- Combine the fruit, sugar, honey, and lemon juice with 2 cups ice in a food processor or blender. Blend until chunky, then add the remaining 1 cup ice and blend until smooth for that perfect icy texture.
- Pour into a shallow baking dish. Freeze for 30 minutes, then scrape with a fork to make it slushy. Return to freezer and freeze until firm, about 2 more hours. Scoop into paper cups and enjoy the burst of summer flavor!
