- 2 slices caraway rye bread
- 1 slice provolone
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 4 ounces hot pastrami

- Warm a flattop grill or skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each bread slice and place buttered side down on the grill. Top one slice with provolone and the other with Swiss. Grill until bread is golden and cheese melts, about 5 minutes, then remove.
