Horseradish Butter Recipe

Horseradish and Chive Compound Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped chives
  • 3 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the butter, chives, horseradish, salt, and lemon zest until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Transfer the butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
  3. Wrap and shape into a log.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Slice and serve over grilled steak.
