- One 2- to 3-pound fully cooked quarter-cut, spiral-cut ham
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

Special equipment:
- a 6-quart air fryer
- Let the ham sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Whisk up the magic glaze: Mix sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, chili powder, and allspice in a bowl. Layer two 20-inch foil sheets in a cross, place ham skin-side up in the center, pour glaze over top to coat completely, then seal tightlyno leaks allowed!
- Air fry at 325F for 30 minutes (check your model's note). Unwrap to reveal golden browning and luscious juicesbaste generously. Cook uncovered 20 more minutes until slices pull apart and top deepens to rich brown; baste again. Finish with 10 minutes until shiny-dark, center pink and juicy, and thermometer hits 140F.
- Rest ham on a platter 10 minutes. Simmer juices into glossy syrup over medium-low heat (~10 min), then drizzle over ham. Serve warm for that "wow" moment!
