- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
Directions:

- Use immediately as a quick marinade for peeled shrimp before grilling; reserve some to brush on while cooking if desired.
- Because this marinade contains a fair amount of sugar, it's best for fast-cooking proteins like shrimp to prevent the sugars from burning on high heat.
